Research Of Design About Elderly Residential In China In Concept Of Green Comfortable Housing

In more than ten years,our country,entering an aging society from 1999,becomes the world’s largest and fastest growing elderly population of the country,and the elderly population will peak around in the 2050 s,more than 400 million,pension will gradually become the main social problems.However,the current,our country is still in the stage of socialist development,economic and social level is relatively backward,and per capita income is low,in other words,our country entered the aging society in the case of " aging before getting rich ".The development of old-age industry in China is just beginning,and many deficiencies still exist in the elderly residential,the elderly service facilities,and the elderly living environment now.According to national conditions and the elderly individual apiration,our government formulated the pension policy that is given priority to with family pension.Based on the”increasingly serious aging problem”and "national endowment living policy" as an opportunity,according to the characteristics of the elderly and elderly residential common problems existing in China,the paper puts forward the design strategy of elderly residential in accordance with China’s national conditions.First of all,the author studies the present situation of China’s aging population and the current pension policy,puts forward that the pension has become an important problem about national economy and people’s livelihood.social stability,and the necessity,urgency and significance of research about elderly residential research.Then,through access to information and visiting survey,research and the endowment living at home and abroad for reference,the present situation,the elderly residential research theory at home and abroad,related cases at home and abroad,the features of the aged,combined with the current policy of the endowment living,the author puts forward the concept of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home which accords with the situation of our country.Once again,according to the related basic research for elderly housing,including the barrier-free design,the concept of green comfortable housing,etc,the author puts forward the design strategy of planning,indoor and outdoor environment about elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home:Firstly,the author discusses the location and the overall planning and layout of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home from the natural environment,human environment and traffic conditions;Secondly,the author studies the community scale,the group scale,and the types of service facilities and design criteria of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home in the physical,psychological and behavioral needs of old people as the foundation;Thirdly,the author discusses the optimum design of ageing about interior space of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home from the flat form,model selection,interior space design,building public space design and detail design aspects;Fourthly,the author explores the outdoor space design of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home from the outdoor activity space,landscape greening and road system to the elderly demand and a good living environment construction as the foundation.Finally,the conclusion:Firstly,the author summarizes the key points about design of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home;Secondly,the author analyzes the limitation and the insufficiency of this study.The paper puts forward the concept of elderly residential in the new mode of old-care at home through to the related basic research on elderly residential,the design strategy on planning,indoor and outdoor environment according to the requirements of the elderly,and hopes that it can play the role of reference and guidance in The choice of endowment living pattern,the design and construction of the elderly living environment.
