With the continuous development of China's high-speed railway,the modern bridge industry has also developed rapidly.At the same time,the requirements for bridge construction quality and safety performance are also gradually improved.In view of the large slope of the mountainous areas in the remote mountainous areas and the bridges crossing the roads and rivers,the single-support construction is difficult.The construction is difficult and the cost is high.Due to the uncertainties such as mountainous terrain and traffic,there will be huge potential safety hazards.Therefore,for the construction of bridge beam,reasonable selection of brackets and hanging baskets is the key to the construction of bridge beams.Taking the Mubaxi double-line bridge project under construction in the Chongqing section of Zhengwan Railway as an example,this paper studies the construction technology of the cast-in-place girder and the hanging basket of the 350km/h mountain passenger high-speed railway bridge,and analyzes the arrangement of the mountain bracket and the hanging basket structure.The load calculation is carried out,and the structural force of the bracket and the hanging basket is calculated and analyzed by the large-scale structural analysis software to ensure that the mechanical properties of the bracket and the hanging basket meet the specification requirements.At the same time,for the construction technology of the cast-in-place beam bracket and the hanging basket in the mountain area,the pre-determination is determined.Pressure settlement monitoring program,record and process monitoring data,timely adjust the pre-camber of the bracket and the hanging basket;ensure the construction quality and safety of the box girder of the Mubaxi double-line bridge,and make the Mubaxi double-line bridge safely cross the road With the river.Figure[76]table[28]reference[55]...
