With the rapid development of space TT&C industry and increasingly heavy mission-oriented TT&C network management task in recent years in China,according to the eleventh-five years plan,there will be more than twice satellites on path than nowadays,so the space TT&C network management center(abbreviated to NMC),shall face a series of challenges,especially at present the equipment running at a low automation level,easily making mistakes from complex operation,too much artificial management,management system calling promote.There are many urgent challenges such as,how to make good use of current space TT&C network resource and efficiently assign deficient TT&C resource for the purpose of providing better TT&C service;how to improve the remote monitoring ability and the automation level of TT&C network resource and NMC with lower software development and maintenance cost,shorter TT&C system multi-satellite switch time and higher operational efficiency.Under this circumstance,this paper mainly studies the following problems.(1)Research on the TT&C network remote monitoring mode.This paper proposes"client/server" monitoring structure,realizes the identical information transmission and command transmission between network management center and TT&C equipment.(2)Research to design on automation task flow driven by the plans.TT&C equipment are designed to execute each TT&C task,to realize system automatic acquisition and tracking according to predictive time,and to finish the check-up of main functions,which greatly improves the automation operational level of TT&C equipment.(3)Design on automation operation system based on course control.Interface Protocol-oriented automation operation system,as a complete theory frame and system model,can be popularized in TT&C system with different types,different mission requirement and different functions,which helps to realize the standardization and generalization on TT&C monitoring system.(4)Propose conduct scheduling automation and automation monitor warning system,and designs software task flow.At present,we have successfully applied the TT&C network remote monitoring mode,automation operation system based on course control in the new-type S frequency band unified system and solved the problem of automation track operation in TT&C field.Meanwhile,for adapting to whole TT&C network,we are using this technique to improve old-type S frequency band unified system.The conduct scheduling automation and automation monitor warning system which was proposed by this project,help to reduce operators'work intensity and improve the correction of the measure and control event.
