A Research On Modular Component Design Of Rural House In The Central Area Of Hunan

Using prefabricated construction system is an intrinsic requirement for housing industry.As the gap between urban and rural areas,rural housing industry is considered to be somewhat unrealistic.But the author believe that due to the urban-rural land market barrier,rural residents do not have to pay exorbitant land prices faced by urban dwellers.Rural residents can have a far better house in village with the same money the urban dwellers paid.Wealthy rural residents are free to choose the construction method of their own house.Compared with the city,those foreign construction systems are more likely to be chosen by the rural for their better seismic performance.From a global point of view,rural housing construction will be to promote the growth of new housing system.In this paper,through the research on the development of modular coordination of other countries,the author try to discover the main problem of modular coordination in China and propose policy recommendations and solutions and then put forward some basic principles of designing modular components.In the region of Hunan rural housing field research,explore the causes of the distribution of rural housing land.And the climate and resources of central area of Hunan are summarized.By analysising the outstanding cases of foreign modular house design,the author explored the comparative advantage of modular design in the residential construction fields.Further analysis and discussion about foreign mature modular housing construction methods provide practical basis for the design of rural residential modular components.Eventually the author proposed the modular components design strategy based on structural insulated panels to meet the requirements of Hunan climate environment.The hope is to contribute ideas on the construction of new countryside.
