A Study On The Space Of Rural Public Activities In The Central Area Of Hunan Province

Rural public activity space is the place where villagers carry out public activities,which is divided into five types: village entrance space,leisure and entertainment activity space,assembly activity space,folk activity space and public living space,which carry on leisure,entertainment,fitness and assembly.The functions of gathering,distributing and communicating are conducive to the daily communication and life of villagers,the development of collective activities,the enhancement of villagers’ cohesion and happiness,the stabilization of rural social order and the display of village culture.The research on rural public activity space plays a very important role in rural planning.The 19 th CPC National Congress proposed that the overall revitalization of the countryside requires the realization of a strong rural agriculture,rural beauty,and the strategy of rich peasants,so as to work for the rural public.The construction of moving space provides the background condition.This article takes the rural public activity space as the research object,first through the literature consult,the theoretical research to the related concept,the theoretical level knowledge carries on the understanding;Secondly,taking the central area of Hunan province as the research area,this paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of the present situation of different types of public activities in the concentrated and promoted villages and the characteristic protection villages in the region.Comparative analysis and evaluation of the advantages and disadvantages of various types of public activity space construction between different villages;It is found that the spatial distribution,activity scope,activity facilities,landscape effect,crowd demand and construction index are all the related factors affecting the construction of rural public activity space.Through investigation and research,this paper summarizes the related factors affecting the construction of rural public activity space,refers to the standard of scientific index system,and according to the principles of objectivity,systematicness,hierarchy and maneuverability,from the village entrance space,leisure and entertainment activity space,Starting with the evaluation criteria of gathering activity space,folk activity space and public living space,the paper constructs the evaluation index system of rural public activity space in central Hunan province.Taking Changtang Village in Xinshao County of Hunan Province as an example,thispaper analyzes the present situation of the village through on-the-spot survey and questionnaire,and evaluates the present situation of various public activities in Changtang Village with reference to the evaluation index system.To judge the overall construction level of village public activity space and all kinds of public activity space construction level;According to the level of assessment,this paper puts forward some specific strategies from the aspects of overall planning and district adjustment in order to meet the needs of villagers’ public activities and improve the villagers’ daily living standard.
