The Improved Design Of Assembly Line Of An Electrinic Products

With the automobile manufacturing industry increased competition,how to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost becomes the focus of the automobile manufacturing enterprises,especially for auto parts manufacturing enterprises.Combining with the industry-university-institute cooperation projects,this thesis carrys out the improved design of assembly line balancing,the assembly line layout,the assembly plan and material distribution scheme.The main research contents of thesis are as follows:1.The description and analysis of the production line.Through descriping and analyzing the production capacity,layout and assembly production plan,it determines the three improvement projects:the assembly line balancing and the improvement on the assembly line layout,equalization to improve the assembly plan,material distribution scheme design.2.Production line balance improvement and layout improvement.According to the target beat calculation,it determines the eight bottleneck workstations,such as the assembly of the conductive rubber.It improved the production line balance rate by using a stopwatch time study,process ananlysis,operation analysis,dynamic analysis and other methods.The layout of the production line should be adjusted to improve the utilization efficiency of production line area.3.Equalization improvement of the production plan.Some problems are pointed out by researching the production scheduling of production line.Finally,a production plan equalization scheme is given through the application of ABC classification,the calculation of the unit of the product manufacturing unit,production of equalization tank settings and so on.4.Design of production line material distribution.The material distribution scheme is designed on the basis of the analysis of the current material receiving method and the starting rate of the whole line.It includes the change of the production process,application of PFEP,material packaging design,the establishment of the central supermarket,material distribution route design,and seting the reasonable inventory.5.It summarizes the full text,puts forward the problems existing in the research and then presents the further research.
