Study On The Improvement Of Production Line In H Company

With the acceleration of globalization and the rapid economic development and opening up in China,the competition in all walks of life becomes fiercer,especially that China is a manufacturing powerhouse,and for the traditional manufacturing industry,its competitiveness has become more serious.Therefore,the problems about how to reduce the manufacturing cost of production,increase production capacity and the efficiency of the workshop production line are highly concerned by the industry and enterprises.For a manufacturing company,line balancing is directly related to the normal use of production line,which has important influence on the production cost and capacity.In this thesis,we take company H in China for the study,focused on the typical production line B line.In theory,this dissertation has introduced the background of the business that H Company is in;this paper analyzes the present situation of the production line of the main research H Company,and expounds the relevant factors affecting the line balancing of H Company.We have analyzed and researched on theoretical knowledge related to production line and human factors engineering;we review and analyze the academic studies on the line balancing,and combine the academic studies with the actual situations faced by the object of study to find out a scientific and efficient solution.In practice,we focus on the line balancing,and in-depth line,we observed and operated on the site of the workshop to find better ways and means of improvement,at the same time,we improved the efficiency of the production line and the operating comfort level of the operator by making a difference on the operating tools and the personnel's operation modes on the production line.In this paper,the corresponding methods(such as job analysis,work measurement,etc.)of B line are studied and applied,which can help to find the problem for H company better.What's more,it makes reasonable and effective improvement target for H Company,and puts forward the overall optimization plan for the balance improvement of production line B.This study provides a reference for the practical solution of such related problems.
