| With increasingly fierce market competition,improving production efficiency and reducing operating costs is essential for the enterprise.Many large manufacturing enterprises take traditional warehouse management to store a variety of raw materials or parts,while the management system is not automated and intelligent.It often needs to consume a lot of manpower and resources in recording flows of goods,which increases production costs.This traditional warehouse management mode is not only difficult to track the material and with low efficiency of material turnover,it cannot guarantee the correct purchase and delivery.Under this background,it is very necessary to design a new kind of intelligent warehouse,which is very important to improve the efficiency of warehouse materials turnover,and to improve the intelligent level of logistics execution system.Out of this purpose,this paper proposes a logistics execution system combined with RFID(radio frequency identification)technology based on pilot plant project of a certain automobile company in Zhejiang.The system,combined with automatic recognition technology,takes ‘tray + bar’ code management,uses the dynamic information of electronic tags on the tray,and the static information of a code.That means every process of material movement,including materials incoming and out-coming,is recorded automatically by the electronic tag and reader.This intelligent operating process saves most of the repeated labor,and accordingly reduces the error rate of human factors.In addition,material trays and electronic tags are in repeated use that reduces the cost of hardware.Logistics execution system based on RFID(radio frequency identification)truly makes it that controls,tracks material flow,and get real-time control of dynamic logistics.It makes logistics dynamic information more transparent and facilitates the scientific logistics management.Not only it improves the production efficiency,at the same time,does it reduce the production cost and save the human and material resources,conducive to improve the market competitiveness of enterprises.The main work of this paper is to study the intelligent warehouse and determine a concrete scheme on how to apply RFID(radio frequency identification)technology to the actual vehicle assembly material management warehouse.Also,a system based on RFID(radio frequency identification)logistics execution is need to be debugged and tested,in order to find out shortcomings in the actual operation process and provide definite working direction of future improvement. |
