The Research And Application Of The Electric Locomotive Model Data Management System Based On UG System

UG with its integrated CAD/CAE/CAM for the power of being widely applied to machinery,construction and other industries.Rail as the important infrastructure in our country at the same time,the artery of national economy and popular means of transportation,has a huge boost to the development of economy and society effect.huan just using UG operation function can not completely achieve the goal of optimization of enterprise production pattern,design a large number of similar models,a variety of design documents management issues,prompting a parametric design and model data management integrated system requirements.This paper is based on the actual demand of the enterprise,analyzed the influence locomotive model design efficiency and data management of a variety of factors,on the basis of this puts forward the data management system of electric locomotive model of UG.Firstly analyses the structure characteristics of the electric locomotive,and then determine the design process of the product model,and then,using the theory of parametric design,on the basis of UG design platform is built with UG secondary development technology and standard parts library method to build the system.In order to further obtain the complete implementation plan of the UG secondary development,in the user interface design,and made a lot of practice application design,etc.According to the requirement of the locomotive vehicle model data design,to determine the three layers of C/S system structure of the overall framework,and divide the function modules according to the enterprise actual situation,at the same time for these modules involved in the related key technologies,such as the construction of a parametric model and model base technology,model properties of storage and warehouse building technology,model data synchronization technology and product data management(PDM)system,etc.Parametric model and the model library building technology using graphics template parts to drive size characteristics to realize parametric design of the model,by combining the production of the enterprise requirements development model file attributes,material input,and stored in the model file,at the same time through the interface of NXManager access to achieve product data management(PDM)system with NX custom custom data exchanges and visits.This system is suitable for enterprise’s customised UG for the user interface,the interface conforms to the product design process,design the user by entering the correct design parameters,can complete product design and management.The implementation of the system,the design greatly reduces the heavy work,improves the design efficiency,shorten the design cycle,for the perfection of the follow.up system provides an open platform.At the same time the railway sector to establish the system of other models of product design has certain reference significance.
