With various kinds of permanent magnetic materials come out and rapid development of related motor control technology,PMSM is favored by more and more people in motor control field.In the area of power electronics technology,computer,electronic and control technology,FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array)motor control is gaining more and more attention.With PMSM as the control object,this dissertation analyzes its mathematical model and related control strategy,and develops control core of PMSM based on Verilog HDL.Firstly,this dissertation makes a brief presentation of the SOPC(System-on-a-Programmable-Chip)technology,the motor control module design method of FPGA and related software,elaborates and analyzes the related develop platform and ALTERA's Cyclone II series EP2C35F672C6 FPGA master control chip.The vector'control scheme is confirmed by deducing the mathematical model of PMSM and analyzing the control strategy.Modeling and simulation of PMSM vector control system based on Matlab,and detailed analyzes the simulation results.Secondly,the dissertation detailed describes the methods of CORDIC algorithm module,coordinate convert module,PI controller module and SVPWM module in the software design core control system of the Quartus ? and SOPC Builder.Also proposes the calculation of sine and cosine angle by using CORDIC algorithm and elaborates the principle of CORDIC algorithm which is easy to implement in digital hardware circle,the algorithm not only ensures the control accuracy,but also can reduce the use of chip resource.In this dissertation,the control unit section on hardware circuit of EP2C35F672C6 FPGA is designed.Finally,this dissertation simulates the designed module though the simulation software ModelSim and compares the simulation results with theoretical calculation results,then function tests the SVPWM,observes the result through the analyzer to verify the correctness of module.
