Environmental Analysis And Risk Measurement Of Overseas Projects Of Electric Power Construction Enterprises

As the main force of the national development strategy,the development of the electric power enterprise is paid more attention to.In the background of the electric power industry to actively participate in international competition,the power construction enterprises also make full use of international and domestic "two kinds of resources and two markets",participate in international division and international cooperation has become an important representative of the industrial economy to "go out".In recent years,growth in foreign investment in China's power enterprises rapidly,and made great achievements.But in this context,there is still a huge investment risk,foreign exchange restrictions,nationalization expropriation,war and political violence,the government default risks are likely to foreign power project investment bring irreparable loss.At the same time,the electric power construction project has the characteristics of large investment,long construction period and high technical requirements,which makes it easy to be affected by many factors in the process of construction and development,and the risk is very high.In this paper,the S enterprises as an important member of the electric power construction enterprises,is a collection of civil construction,installation in one of the integrated large state-owned power construction enterprises.The Pakistan project is a key project in Pakistan Economic Corridor priority implementation,to maintain and promote the friendship between China and Pakistan has important significance for cooperation between the two countries,the implementation of the national "The Belt and Road" strategy.This paper focuses on the special environment of electric power construction enterprise,and analyzes the environment and risk of the foreign project of electric power construction enterprises.According to the specific case of S project of Pakistan enterprise,this paper discusses the environmental and risk assessment of the project in the pre feasibility stage by using the method of Scenario analysis and comprehensive evaluation.The thesis adopts the research methods of theoretical research and case analysis combined with the scientific research methods used on the one hand to provide guidance for the actual operation of the project operation,on the other hand,with the accuracy of content test theory and practice,so as to ensure the reliability of the results.In the process of case analysis,combined with the situation and comprehensive evaluation using the Orlando subdivision method,from qualitative and quantitative analysis of two aspects of Pakistan S enterprise project environmental analysis and risk measurement,the conclusion shows the feasibility with S enterprises in Pakistan project,but there are also some risk,but this risk in the project under control and so on,as long as take reasonable measures to prevent and avoid,can effectively ensure the smooth progress of the project.
