Research On Risk Factors Of YJ Offshore Wind Power Project From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

As one of the power generation methods in the field of renewable energy,wind power generation has the characteristics of green and pollution-free,high input-output ratio and easy scale construction.At present,wind power generation has become an important part of China's power structure.China's offshore wind energy resources With huge reserves and stable wind conditions,the offshore wind power industry has developed rapidly in recent years.There are many stakeholders involved in the construction process of offshore wind power projects.Their own risk factors and their mutual influence relations will affect the project's quality,schedule,cost,safety and operation and other project success factors.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and practical significance to study risk factors and formulate countermeasures for offshore wind power projects from the perspective of stakeholders.First,review the existing research results of stakeholders and risk management by domestic and foreign scholars,and elaborate on relevant theories.On this basis,the stakeholders in each stage of the YJ offshore wind power project are defined,and a total of 7 Stakeholders,through theoretical analysis and project practical experience,identify the risk factors that each stakeholder has on the success of the project,and use the Delphi expert scoring method to adjust the risk list to obtain 32 YJ project risk factors from Stakeholder perspective.Secondly,put forward the hypothesis of the influence relationship between the stakeholders of the YJ offshore wind power project,build a risk evaluation model of the YJ offshore wind power project based on the structural equation model,design and distribute the questionnaire based on the risk evaluation model,a total of 196 valid questionnaires are recovered and used The SPSS 25 software performs reliability and exploratory factor tests on the questionnaire data,and uses the AMOS 24 software to perform confirmatory factor tests on the questionnaire data.The tested data is substituted into the project risk evaluation model,the model is fitted and corrected,and finally obtained The evaluation results of the risk factors of various stakeholders of the YJ offshore wind power project.Finally,according to the risk assessment results of the YJ offshore wind power project,countermeasures were proposed for high,medium,and low risk factors,and a full life cycle risk management and control,risk information sharing and transmission,multiparty coordination and linkage risk management mechanism were proposed.In this article,there are 20 pictures,28 tables,and 61 references.
