The reasonable selection of seismic fortification parameters is a crucial factor in the calculation of seismic action in engineering structure design.Many participants have studied the seismic parameters of seismic design,and achieved certain results,including the four-level earthquake under the action parameters of seismic parameters conversion;based on the fuzzy method of ground motion parameters and seismic intensity conversion;different ground motion parameters and the intensity of the multiple regression model conversion;a specific base period,regardless of site effects,different transcendental ground motion between the acceleration value of the conversion,but there is no one at the same time consider any base period,any probability of overrun and arbitrary site conditions,and can be used directly for building seismic design of ground motion peak acceleration conversion method.This paper first introduces the development background of seismic theory in China,the United States and Japan.Through the comparative analysis of the seismic norms of China,the United States and Japan,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the further improvement of China's seismic code.The relationship between the intensity and the peak acceleration and the surmount probability is expressed by the extreme value type ? distribution and the extreme value type ? distribution.By using the relationship between the reproduction period and the surmount probability,getting two kinds of different the surmount probability and the peak acceleration of the conversion relationship.On the basis of this,we further consider the influence of the site,and finally get two kinds of different conversion formulas which can be used directly to calculate the peak acceleration value of arbitrary base period,arbitrary surmount probability and arbitrary site condition,and compare the conversion results with the canonical results(GB 18306-2015),and the results of the evaluation of the seismic safety evaluation report of the second-line project site of Nanyang section to Hefei section of Ningxi railway line.Based on the optimal seismic fortification standard decision model,an optimal seismic fortification standard decision model based on peak acceleration of ground motion is established,and the relationship between the intensity and the acceleration of the earthquake is established.This paper uses Danjiangkou data to calculate to as an example.Through the research of this paper,we get the following main conclusions:1.Compared with the zoning map,it is found that when the probability is less than 10% in the case of the base period of 50 years,the difference between the conversion value of the method 2 and the partition value is the smallest,and the method 6 is safe When the transcendental probability is not less than 2% and less than 10%,the conversion value of the method 3 is slightly higher than the partitioned value,and the difference with the partitioned value is the smallest,and the safety of the method 7 is better.When the transcendental probability is less than 2% the conversion value of method 4 is slightly higher than the value of the partition,and the difference between the values is the smallest.In the case of the base period of 100 years,the difference of method 3,method 4 and method 7 is relatively small,all of its can be used as the acceleration conversion formula needed for seismic design.When the engineering site is located at the junction of two acceleration zones,the acceleration conversion method of the engineering site should be converted by the basic parameters of the larger acceleration zone in order to obtain high seismic design safety.2.In this paper,taking Danjiangkou City as an example,on the basis of the earthquake-based earthquake damage matrix given by Academician Xie Li-li,we can give the seismic damage matrix of buildings in any acceleration partition,which is constructed according to a certain base period and a certain probability.The feasibility of using the acceleration conversion method of this paper to establish the optimal decision model of seismic fortification based on the peak acceleration of ground motion is verified.
