Since entered into 21st century,the security issues about world energy have become more obvious,and the climate environment has undergone enormous changes.To cope with climate and environment changes,guarantee energy and resource security,all the countries in the world have taken active measures.China has formulated relevant policies and takes a variety of steps,such as formulating distributed power management,distributed power grid service,energy-saving generation dispatching and other related policies;planning and constructing the Ultra High Voltage(UHV)power transmission network and other measures;vigorously developing policy measures of clean energy,especially wind power,photovoltaic,natural gas and other energy development.Under the current situation of energy resources and environment constantly changing,China has gradually strengthen the utilization of clean energy,while recognizing the importance of enhancing energy utilization efficiency and optimizing energy structure.As a clean fuel,natural gas' combustion utilization power generation has characteristics of low emission,operation scheduling flexible,good economic efficiency etc.When applied to the distributed utilization,natural gas power generation can not only realize energy cascade utilization,promote the waste heat nearest use,improve energy utilization efficiency,but also play a supporting role actively for ensure electric power system running safely,steadily and reliably.It also can effectively promote the use of peak shaving of gas network.Furthermore,after decades of development,natural gas power generation technology has been essential maturity.Innovation and development of related equipment such as gas turbine,waste heat boiler,generators and other equipment ensure higher natural gas energy utilization rate.In case of large current environmental pollution,distributed utilization of natural gas will have a larger development space.However,due to the high cost of natural gas for power generation,poor economy caused by its application,which makes natural gas distributed energy value not well reflected,so it is an important factor to restrict the natural gas,a kind of clean and efficient energy,extension.This paper mainly studies the problem of comprehensive value of natural gas distributed utilization.First of all,the thesis analyses the natural gas resources in China,using survey of terminal energy efficiency and related equipment situation of the distributed application in natural gas,and determines the resources and technology foundation of promoting distributed utilization of natural gas.Secondly,construct the value chain based on the natural gas distributed energy system,analysis each part of the value chain and determine five indexes to clear the comprehensive value structure of natural gas distributed energy station.The five indexes are equivalent electric,system comprehensive efficiency,average interruption times of customer,power transmission and distribution line loss and emission rate of pollutants.Finally,based on the above analysis,establish the integrated value model of natural gas distributed energy station.The model has analyzed the gas turbine power generation value from multi angle such as distributed energy station itself,electric power system,the user and the social environment.Analysis of examples shows that the integrated value model can more comprehensively and realistically measure the value of natural gas distributed energy station,so as to provide basis and reference for promotion of energy station.
