The construction industry is a pillar industry of the national economy and plays an important role in the economic development.With the implementation of the national action plan for green building and the increase of labor cost,steel structure building is rapidly applied to the field of civil and industrial construction.As a part of steel structure building interior decoration,light steel keel ceiling plays an important role in the interior decoration integration of steel structure buildings.The purpose of the study of light steel keel deflection test is the comparison of theoretical calculation which is the numerical relationship between the deflection and span and does the test.The deflection of theory calculation is smaller than the values of the test with comparison of theoretical data and experimental data,because the theory calculation does not consider the initial defects of the materials and the error in the actual installation process.The experimental research shows that the main keel of light steel keel ceiling produces bending and torsion failure phenomenon in the loading process,because the furring suspender and the furring hanger produce the eccentric tension effect in the force transmission process.According to the dimension of the furring suspender,the author puts forward the closed furring suspender.According to the dimension of the furring hanger,the author puts forward the new reinforcement one.The aim is that the reinforcement components enhance the stability of the ceiling and improve the capacity of the main keel.As a part of the interior decoration bearing stage of the ceiling is in elastic stage.According to the specification of light steel keel,the flexural rigidity and the extensional rigidity of ceiling light steel keel were calculated.According to the norms of gypsum board and ceiling of the actual loading condition,the author uses the structural mechanics solver to calculate deflection of the light steel keel ceiling main keel and sub keel under the conditions of different loads and different spans and research variation rule of deflection of light steel keel under the normal load case.According to the ratio of deflection and span,the author calculates the deflection limit values of light steel keel.According to the Japanese reinforcement ceiling type,this paper changes from the original form of welding to the form of the bolt connection and put forward the innovation form.The author carried on the finite element analysis of the new forms and the common form with the same boundary conditions,the same material properties and the same loading mode.The author researches the anti lateral mechanical properties of the reinforcement ceiling and the ordinary one.The research shows that the strengthening ceiling enhances the anti lateral mechanics performance greatly.The standardization and modularization of light steel keel ceiling is for standardization of steel structure building light steel keel ceiling components and modularization of the ceiling system.The focus is on the standardization of the reinforcement components.This paper puts forward the modulus of the suspended ceiling system based on the length and the width of architecture.The user selects a desired ceiling by menu choice of the length and width of the building.The author puts the reinforcing members into the ceiling construction process based on construction technology specification of light steel keel ceiling.According to the construction technology specification of the reinforcement ceiling and the ceiling form,the author put forward the acceptance criteria.
