Study On Spatial Layout Of Rural Residential Areas In Metropolitan Suburban Areas

With the promotion of urbanization, the expansion of urban space and the function of extrapolation, have a profound impact on the rural areas, especially on the outskirts of rural areas. Suburban area as a function between urban and rural areas, has become the areas that most affected by the spread of urban space, spatial structure change the largest and most rapid change of land landscape. Rural settlements of suburban area on metropolis due to the particularity of geographical location, have the dual attributes of urban and rural. From land property, it belongs to rural areas, that from the way of production and life, is more likely in the town property. In the town of radiation effects, suburban rural areas have good economic conditions and huge development space. At the same time, due to its not included in the urban construction area, often adopting the management and facilities in rural areas, obviously lagged behind the actual needs of the development, that lead to rural settlements of suburban area on metropolis appeared problem, such as the confusion in the layout of space, land use inefficient and the allocation of public service facilities lagged.Our country is in the critical period of rapid urbanization development and social transformation. Under the background of urban and rural overall planning and new urbanization, the suburban rural areas is the frontier of balancing urban and rural development. How to guide reasonable spatial layout and development of the rural residential areas in metropolitan suburban areas is a very urgent task.Based on this background, this paper studies spatial layout of rural residential areas in metropolitan suburban areas. First of all, this paper defines the related concept and connotation, and reviews the relevant theory and practice at home and abroad, which provides guidance and reference for the research. After that, combined with the process of urbanization in China, analyzes the stage characteristics of China's rural spatial evolution, and the influence about internal and external factors on the spatial distribution of rural. And then, analyzes the evolution models of the rural residential areas in metropolitan suburban areas. According to the type of urban and rural space, can be divided for three models that includes evolution to towns, village in the city and retention types. According to the combination of elements can be divided for four models hat includes suburban eco tourism model, vision of urban and rural integration model, folk culture corridor model, and characteristic ethnic village pattern. The evolution process presents the trend of the development of scale agglomeration, industrial diversification, and the network of urban and rural areas. Then, taking the problem as the guide, from the residential system, spatial layout and configuration of public facilities, proposes the planning strategies and methods of spatial layout of rural residential areas in metropolitan suburban areas. In the residential area system, from hierarchical structure, scale and function division, proposes key content and major route. In the planning and layout, proposes the layout thought of intensive and large-scale, and analysises the influencing factors and location methods of rural residential area. The paper holds that can be from the scale economic benefit of public facilities and the matching of labor force to determine the appropriate population size of the rural residential area. In the configuration of public service facilities, from the perspective of thinking, working stage and key issues, the overall framework of the public service facilities allocation of rural residential areas in rural residential areas in metropolitan suburban areas was constructed. From the service scale and time distance to the efficiency of the public service facilities, the research on the matching of the level structure and the demand of the public service facilities allocation standard is studied. Finally, combined with the actual situation about suburban district of Nan'an District in Chongqing, the above research achievement has been applied to spatial layout of rural residential areas, to promote the sustainable development of Nanan District in Chongqing, also feedback through the empirical research, to supplement and improve the content of this study.
