Research On Reconstruction Of Residential In Wuhan Suburban Rural Base On Regional

From the concept of Wild China,beautiful countryside construction to characteristic town cultivation,countryside construction has always been the focus of our country.China's countryside is in a new round of change,in which countryside construction makes continuous progress in the exploration as a historic complex project.As an important part of the construction of new socialist countryside,the design of countryside residence should be guided by scientific and effective ways after continuous exploration,which is the purpose in the paper.There is a lot of domestic and foreign research on countryside construction and countryside residence,the theory of human settlement and countryside sociology have a theoretical guidance to the Countryside Construction Bureau.However,the research object of countryside construction gives priority to the new building design methods and traditional residence mainly from the perspective of energy-saving design and residence protection,but research on countryside residence from a region perspective,especially from a comprehensive region perspective is less.In this paper,based on research on geographical climate,region culture,life style and place spirit of Wuhan combining with the characteristics of suburban countryside industrial planning,the way to design and transform the countryside residence is explored Compared with the previous research perspective and research type,the author studies the design and reconstruction of countryside residence aiming at suburban countryside residence with the most prominent problems by combining with natural,cultural and industrial factors,with a good advance and extensive application.The specific research contents include the following aspects: first of all,the local countryside residence region background is explored through the local climate,environment as well as historical and cultural background;the current residence region characteristics are summarized and extracted;and reasonable factors are explained and inherited.Secondly,by summarizing the status quo of the countryside residence in Wuhan,the effective and targeted reconstruction strategy is expected.Thirdly,the effectiveness of the region reconstruction strategy is explored by analyzing the examples of reconstruction projects in Wuhan.Most characteristically,the characteristics of tourism industry in suburban countryside are combined in the research,the author aims to improve the farmers' sense of belonging and identity of countryside residence through the study of region background.The author combines the countryside construction in the suburbs of Wuhan,selects the countryside involved in the whole reconstruction process as a case,as well as designs and analyzes them using the views presented in this paper,in order to find out the principles and laws of residence reconstruction and design in line with the countryside characteristics in the suburbs,providing the basis for the design reference in the countryside construction of other areas.
