This paper regarded heat meter as the research background,which was a kind of measuring instrument of heating system.It analyzed and discussed the development status of domestic and foreign mainstream thermal measurement instruments.Moreover,it gave detailed analysis about the effect on thermal system by technology upgrading and transformation of heat meter.The design and implementation of intelligent heat meter,completed data collection,data analysis,data display,information communication and upgrading.According to the systematic test and market operation,the design scheme and the success of the product were proved.Through the research on the existing detection scheme of heat metering apparatus,according to the current domestic and foreign heat meter technology application level,and China’s current mainstream heat table design,manufacturing and application scope,the field was fully studied to prove the feasibility of the inno-vation of the heat meter.According to the heat measurement principle,this paper puts forward an ultrasonic detection scheme;integrator with precise algorithm,rich function and low power consumption was designed according to the mainstream data processing model.Scientific calculation method and transformation ability was used to the straight pipe section,which was more optimized in the aspects of working accuracy and the level of anti interference.In the overall performance of the intelligent heat meter,the characteristics of high precision measurement,accurate measurement,stability and reliability were reflected.Application of intelligent heat meter was helpful for energy saving and emission reduction.It could also reduce the workload of manual management,and the failure and maintenance level.After the theory and practice,and the success of the test link and market operation.It also verified the correctness of the research project,and the future development of the project was further discussed in this paper.
