Severe problems that affect management and user use have been exposed in the use of ultrasonic heat meter. This Theses provides new ideas in the design of new ultrasonic heat meter by studying ultrasonic heat meter and compound control mode for intelligent enger-saving control valves, which is significant for the development of heat metering technology.By explores the status quo of the structure, function and standard of untrasonic heat meter, the research orientation of this theses is determined as follows:⑴ The design to integrate intelligent energy-saving control valves and ultrasonic heat meter:The design integrates Ultrasonic meter, The wireless control device and temperature acquisition)into one. The study is divided into different modules. The Ultrasonic meter and electricity to control the valve are integrated into one, performing the traditional function of traditional heat meters. The wireless control device and the wireless room temperature acquisition device can be connected to ultrasonic meter as an option, thus forming three control modules. Wireless communication is applied among the three modules. The design of it separates user settings, control and measurement, thus facilitating maintenance and upgrading.⑵The study of compound control mode based on load, flow rate and Energy:Load control mode includes room temperature control and the control of temperature difference between incoming and outgoing water pipe. The design is to both satisfy the users’ requirement and to make heat exchange more complete. Flow rate control module configures the whole heating system and reduce hydraulic imbalance, meanwhile satisfying requirements from different users and reducing waste of energy. The compound control mode limits energy output, thus fulfilling the needs of users and the purpose of energy saving⑶Prototype testing of ultrasonic heat meter for intelligent energy-saving control valves:Testing objects are the ultrasonic meter, the control unit and the data acquisition unit. The parameters, technical index and function of each are determined. After general installation is completed, testing and calibration are undergone to make sure they meet the needs of daily use.The test results show that the ultrasonic heat meter for intelligent energy-saving control valves posses the basic functions of ultrasonic heat meter. The validity and feasibility of the study are verified by the result of the study that the device solves the problem of low rate ofutilization in heat supply network and it meets the needs of the administration and the users.
