With the development of society and the progress of the times,the economic level is continuously improving,so the safe and stable operation of power system,power quality and quality service of power supply have become increasingly demanding.Distribution network is the last link in the power system,directly related to the satisfaction degree of the residents.In the background of the development of smart grid,the realization degree of distribution automation is closely related to the quality and reliability of power supply.The construction of communication network is the basic condition for the development of distribution automation.Faced with the new situation of the continuous development of communication technology and the continuous development of distribution automation business,the transmission capacity of distribution automation communication network and the effect of construction and investment are also facing greater challenges.For a long time,since the number of distribution facilities,wide coverage,complex network structure and other factors,the lack of unified construction mode become a bottleneck of the development of automatic communication network of distribution system,but also hindered the process of smart grid.This article starts with the basic situation of distribution network and its automation,and expatiates on the function of communication network in distribution automation,and researches the typical communication methods such as optical fiber communication,power line carrier,wireless private network and wireless public network.Secondly,this paper analyzes the optimization demand of distribution automation communication network in Fuzhou from two aspects:one is the structure and characteristics of the distribution network and its automation in the Fuzhou area,as well as its development plan in "the 13th Five-Year".Another is the status and problems of distribution automation communication network in Fuzhou area,which is decentralized power communication facilities,simple network structure,lack of scalability and ill-considered business in the initial stageis,and established the traffic flow model of the distribution automation communication network.At last,according to the actual demand of distribution automation communication network in Fuzhou area,the optimization scheme of distribution automation communication network suitable for all levels of power supply area in Fuzhou is designed from the aspects of technology selection,networking scheme and business demand forecast.The optimization scheme was applied to the pilot area of distribution network in Fuzhou.Through the research of this article,the following problems are solved:It comprehensively considers the requirements of distribution automation for existing and future business expansion,and analyzes and forecasts the service bandwidth requirements of different types of power supply regions.It is confirmed that the "three remote" terminals of distribution automation in Fuzhou have priority in industrial Ethernet optical fiber communication mode,and the "two remote" terminals are mainly in wireless communication mode.The original "backbone layer-access layer" two-layer network is optimized as a "core layer-convergence layer-access layer"three-tier network,and in the access layer using hierarchical subnet access mode network structure.It is hoped that through the research on the optimization scheme of distribution automation communication network in Fuzhou,this paper can provide reference for the construction of city distribution automation communication network in our country.
