With the popularization of new energy vehicles in the market,the components industry of new energy vehicles is developing continuously,and as an indispensable part of new energy vehicles,on-board air conditioners are getting more and more attention from enterprises and users.Air controller is the core component of air-conditioning temperature control,and the test of air-conditioning controller is one of the key steps for enterprises to control product quality.Some traditional testing methods use manual testing,and some choose to buy universal testing devices.Manual testing is a relatively simple testing method,but the process is complicated and trivial,and it has the disadvantages of low efficiency and low accuracy.The price of universal test equipment is high,and the quotation of millions makes small and medium-sized enterprises discouraged.In order to meet the actual needs of enterprises,this paper studies the air conditioner controller of an electric bus and designs an automatic test device.In this paper,the design principle of air conditioning controller is analyzed firstly,and then the overall scheme of automatic test device is made,which is mainly divided into two parts,namely the test device and the upper computer.The testing device is connected with the air conditioner controller through a connector,and its testing items include the test of temperature signals inside and outside the vehicle,the test of air conditioner fault signals,the test of controller output driving signals,and the test of PWM signals of air conditioner compressors.In the hardware part,the STM32F103RCT6 single chip microcomputer is selected as the control chip of the detection module,and then the detection module area isdivided according to the functional area of the air conditioner controller,and the peripheral hardware circuit of the detection is designed according to the area.In the software part,on the one hand,the signal detection program of the test module is written,on the other hand,the serial communication of the host computer is designed by C# language,and the data is displayed and the automatic test is realized.Finally,the prototype of the test system is built,and the air conditioner controller is randomly selected to test on the upper computer.From the test results,the test system can successfully simulate and realize the automatic test of various signal parameters of the air conditioning controller,and basically meet the test requirements.At the same time,its production cost is only 1% of that of general-purpose testing equipment,but its efficiency is 3 times of that of manual testing,so it has a good application prospect.
