Research On Project Cost Management Optimization Of Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station In Fushun

Project cost management has become a typical symbol and an essential link in the improvement of the operation and management of hydropower projects.The Fushun Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station(hereinafter referred to as the Qingyuan Power Station)has gradually explored a project management model that is in line with its own situation during the development of the project.However,along with the continuous development of the social economy,the number of products related to hydropower equipment has increased,and the Qingyuan Power Station has ushered in new challenges.In particular,it should not follow the rules in terms of cost management.It should be continuously summarized and adjusted in due course to optimize in-depth and timely optimization.Only in this way can the company obtain substantial profits.Qingyuan pumping station is also one of the large-scale hydropower enterprises in Northeast China that have a solid strength.In this paper,Qingyuan pumping station is the research background,based on the project management and project cost management theory,focusing on the total package side of the angle made a related research.Through a combination of theoretical and empirical methods,combined with the actual situation of the project,a series of expositions are made on the cost management of Qingyuan pumping station,and the general rules and optimization methods of project cost management are explored.In addition,drawing on the theories and research methods of relevant scholars at home and abroad in the field of project cost management optimization,drawing on the successful experience of the world's leading construction companies in project cost management,completing project cost management optimization based on scientific guidance and perfecting project cost management Optimization measures to improve project efficiency,is also an important research content of this article.In terms of specific research contents,this paper is divided into four parts.The first part is the introduction.With the help of research background and current situation,the purpose,significance,method and content of the study are clarified.It al so determines the corresponding research methods and ideas of project cost mana gement optimization,making the theme and direction of this study clearer.The second part analyzes the general situation and existing problems of Fushun Qing yuan Pumped Storage Power Station,summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad,mainly involves the development process of the optimization of project cost management,and further analyses the relevant theoretical methods of the optimization of project cost management.On the premise of the introduction of t he project cost management theory,this paper analyzes the general situation and exist ing problems of the project of Qingyuan hydropower station,which is mainly embodied in two aspects,such as procurement,management organization and system.The third part is designed to optimize the project cost management of Fushu n Qingyuan Pumped Storage Power Station,from four aspects,such as the formulati on of scientific and rational project cost management optimization principles a nd objectives,the optimization scheme of field management work,the optimization scheme of the project cost management information system and the cost m anagement optimization of the procurement link,etc.Put forward the optimization scheme of Qingyuan pumping hydropower station project cost management design.The fourth part of the Qingyuan of Fushun pumped storage power plant project cost management optimization scheme of energy storage security measures.From four as pects,such as reducing the construction period of the project,implementing the fin e management mode,optimizing the allocation of human resources and the fund of th e scientific distribution project,this paper makes the guarantee measures for the opt imization of the project cost management of the project of the Qingyuan hydropo wer station,and then gives the reference basis for the optimization of the cost mana gement of the small hydropower stations.At the same time,the relevant experien ce is given for the more efficient implementation of the hydropower project in the future,to improve the enterprise's cost management optimization ability and to improve the core competitiveness.
