| With perfect and rapid economic development,national highway construction highway public service ability and the social request does not adapt the contradiction in the highway maintenance and emergency operations as the basis of highway maintenance system of emergency work,in improve the quality of highway maintenance,management and service ability is becoming more and more important role.,therefore,no matter from the Angle of the government also highway investors or maintenance enterprise,all need to custody maintenance of highways in the area of emergency space.and make unified planning,layout and construction,thus to improve the efficiency of highway maintenance and emergency rescue capabilities and improve the quality of service,and it is very necessary economic and social benefits.This paper USES the method of literature study,comparative study and empirical study,in Ningbo city for example,introduced the typical maintenance emergency mode and successful experience at home and abroad,analysis of present situation and the deficiency existing in Ningbo expressway,the optimizing layout of highway maintenance and emergency depot,this paper analyzes the layout principles,positioning and grading,classification of layout requirements,and the terminal to scale,personnel,equipment,a brief configuration.This article analyzed the main factors of maintenance and emergency terminal layout,set up evaluation indexes such as traffic volume,area,quality,weight and membership degree,establishing evaluation system,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was constructed,and using the model to the rationality of Ningbo highway maintenance center for fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it is concluded that the rationality of the optimal layout level,used to guide and solve practical problems. |
