The use of prefabricated building is gradually widespread,and Chinese construction enterprises have begun to strive for and build their own profit space with the prefabricated technology as the core.The foundation of enterprise management is on-site management,which plays an important role in improving production efficiency,enhancing market competitiveness and ensuring product quality.5S management has been applied in the construction environment,but at the same time of the implementation of prefabricated buildings in China,its construction site management has encountered many problems,such as weak quality and safety awareness of construction personnel,lack of supervision level of administrative agencies,unclear understanding of safety and quality supervision of construction units,etc.based on the perspective of 5S theory,this study focuses on the site management in Huayao The actual application of capital project construction project is analyzed,and then the existing assembly construction site management is optimized.This paper first analyzes the application of assembly technology and the actual background and current situation of the development of assembly building in our country,then gives a brief overview of site management and 5S theory,focusing on the raw materials,quality and safety management,environmental health management and other aspects often involved in the process of site management.Secondly,the paper analyzes the problems of raw materials,quality safety,environmental health and archives management in the construction site management of assembly project,and discusses the causes of the problems;thirdly,based on the 5S theory,the paper determines the assembly site management evaluation system based on reading relevant literature and questionnaire,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine According to the theory of 5S,it optimizes the evaluation system from five aspects:sorting,rectifying,cleaning,and quality;Finally,combined with the specific project cases of Huayao capital,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the effect before optimization;the evaluation results show that the overall project evaluation score is 2.593,which is between poor and general;through the specific analysis of the results of the first and second level indicators,it is necessary to focus on the optimization of file management,material receiving and distribution,construction progress,etc.;combined with the previous After the overall optimization measures and targeted optimization and improvement,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out for the assembly site management of Huayao capital again.The evaluation results show that after the application of 5S optimization,the score of the assembly site management effect of the construction of Huayao capital project is 3.208 points.Obviously,the overall score has been improved,which also confirms the success of using 5S management theory to optimize the assembly site management.At the same time,it can also provide reference value for other business managers in the same industry to carry out on-site management.
