The prefabricated building,by virtue of its short construction period,low cost consumption and low structure energy consumption and other advantages,has become the new development direction of China’s building system.However,as China’s prefabricated building development stays in the initial stage,the current construction technologies are not prescriptive,and the management system is not perfect,there still exists many problems in construction.Analyzing the factors that impact the quality risks of fabricated buildings,exploring a set of controllable quality control system and perfecting the quality management mode of prefabricated buildings become the problems demanding prompt solution in order to lift China’s fabricated building quality level.Firstly,based on referring to lots of literature,analyze and summarize the main influencing factors on the construction quality risks of fabricated buildings,and reduce them into three subsystems of technological conduction,environmental influence and management implementation.By using the System Dynamics Theory,analyze the main influencing factors of the fabricated building qualities,by using the software of VENSIM-PLE,build the casual feedback chart model of the fabricated building quality risks.Secondly,build the SD model of the fabricated building quality level.Assign the initial values,factor variation and influence coefficients in the three subsystems of technological conduction,environmental influence and management implementation to the construction quality system flowchart of fabricated buildings,determine the influence degrees among various factors by using the G1 method,edit the system dynamics equation,obtain the construction quality trend chart of fabricated buildings from running the software of VENSIM-PLE,and then repeatedly conduct sensitivity assessments to the subsystems by using the single factor variation stimulation method,and conclude that the subsystem of management implementation has the greatest influence on the fabricated building quality,and it is followed by the subsystem of technological conduction and the subsystem of environmental influence.Lastly,do a case analysis with dynamical model.Take the fabricated residences in a certain economic development zone in Fengxian District in Shanghai as an example,make the sensitivity analysis on the overall quality risk level change of the fabricated buildings caused by the step length change of a certain factor.Further based on the characteristics of the software of VENSIM-PLE,conduct the sensitivity analysis on other factors by using the variability analysis.Conclude that the subsystem of management implementation should be emphatically controlled in the construction of the fabricated project.Through system dynamic model,the fabricated building quality management can directly serve the practical engineering application,facilitate the owners and related managers to control and analyze the prefabricated building quality risks to some degree,and weaken the construction management difficulty.
