| Under the premise that the overall requirements for social and economic development during the "14th Five Year Plan" period and the problems faced by the construction industry gradually become prominent,prefabricated buildings have achieved rapid development in China.However,as China is still in the initial stage of building industrialization,the acceptance of prefabricated buildings is generally low due to the lack of trust in the quality of PC components in prefabricated buildings among citizens.Firstly,this article analyzes the characteristics and content of PC component quality management in prefabricated buildings by comparing the quality formation process between prefabricated buildings and traditional cast-in-place buildings.Secondly,based on the "PDCA" quality management theory,literature search research,and the "4M1E" quality management theory,a list of PC component quality influencing factors is obtained,with the design,processing,production,transportation,and hoisting of PC components in prefabricated buildings as four subsystems,and 47 quality influencing factors as the boundary.The initial values and weights of PC component quality influencing factors are estimated using questionnaires from experts and AHP analytic hierarchy process.Thirdly,the system dynamics method is used to draw the causal relationship diagram and inventory flow diagram of the quality risk of PC components in prefabricated buildings_The simulation of single factor changes in the PLE software shows that the order of influence of each subsystem on the entire system is from large to small: detailed design of PC components,component lifting,component processing and production,and component transportation.Finally,based on TQM theory and simulation results,a total quality control system for prefabricated buildings was constructed,and an actual project was selected as a case to conduct the operation and management of the total quality control system.The effectiveness evaluation analysis was completed,verifying the feasibility of the total quality control system for PC components of prefabricated buildings.Through the method of combining theory and practice,taking the quality of prefabricated building PC components as the research point,this paper puts forward opinions and suggestions on the quality control of PC components,with a view to improving the quality management level of prefabricated building projects in China. |
