At present,the external thermal insulation system is widely used in cold regions in China.However,there are many quality problems in different situations,such as the external thermal insulation engineering quality of the exterior wall in the cold area at present,Such as:the exterior insulation wall cracks;system shedding,hollowing,virtual with exterior insulation;winter frost dew back within the walls of the exterior insulation system;efflorescence phenomenon.These problems will affect the construction of the light,the impact of building energy efficiency,shorten the service life of the building,and even cause safety accidents.he cause of these quality problems include structural design factors,material factors,construction factors,including structural design as an important part of the external insulation project,the influence of external thermal insulation engineering quality is great,unreasonable structure design is the main node structure design deficiencies,insulation material between the selection is not reasonable.The typical node construction of exterior insulation system mainly includes:windows and doors,plinth,cornice and parapet,balcony,external decorative elements,deformation joints,fire belt and other parts.It is very important to deal with the structural design of these parts to solve the quality problems of external wall thermal insulation system.Issues related to quality problems this paper mainly studies the exterior wall external insulation system in cold area,including the typical node structure in cold area climate,cold area exterior insulation system quality analysis,classification and genesis of cold area exterior insulation system design etc.And put forward the typical node structure of external thermal insulation for cold region,which provides a reliable reference for the structural design of external thermal insulation system in the cold area in the future,So as to reduce the quality of the external thermal insulation system in cold regions,and further improve the overall thermal insulation performance of the external thermal insulation system,and promote the sustainable development of the external thermal insulation system in the cold region.The study is divided into five parts,the first part is mainly about the research background and the significance of the overview,to determine the overall research content and research framework.In the second part,based on the interpretation of the relevant concepts of the subject,from the climate characteristics of the cold region,the paper analyzes the different typical node structure requirements of the external thermal insulation system.The third part is mainly to study the actual engineering of the external thermal insulation system in the cold area,and summarize the different types and causes of the quality problems of the external thermal insulation system in the cold area at present.The fourth part is mainly to study the external thermal insulation structure design to adapt to the climate characteristics of the exterior wall of the cold region,to provide a reliable reference for the prevention of the quality of the external insulation system.The fifth part is mainly in the external thermal insulation system of the typical node structure design based on the cold area of the actual project of the external insulation system design.
