| At present, energy conservation of the building has been an important project of theconstruction engineering. Improving the capability of exterior-protected construction andoptimizing structure and the design of the external thermal insulation are the key points of energyconservation of the building. After years of research, the external thermal insulation compositetechnology has made considerable advancement and development. Relative to other forms ofthermal insulation, the external thermal insulation has a distinct advantage and its prospect ofapplication is very prosperous. What’s more, the external thermal insulation has definitely becomea major way of the external thermal insulation. This kind of external thermal insulation has beenused in the summer hot and winter cold area. However, it is often used according to the experienceof the northern people, not the characteristics of the local area. Aware of this case, we decide toresearch it by the service condition of the wall materials and the environmental condition inNingbo. Firstly, the group begins to research the engineering project in the range of Ningbo. Andwe filter five usual external thermal insulation composite systems of the public buildings andresidential building in the area of Ningbo, and acquaint the conformation and complexion of thesystem and its applicate condition. Secondly, according to the true meteorological data of Ningbofrom the weather bureau, we study the outside environmental temperature in the district of Ningbo;provide the temperature parameter for the study of temperature field and temperature effect.Meanwhile, ample data is indispensable, so we are obligated to study the temperature cracksscrupulously. This article has analyzed the performance of thermal insulation system and thetemperature effects caused by ranged of the temperature, summed up the cause of the generation ofthe temperature cracks, and put forward the design philosophy of the temperature cracks control bynumerical simulation calculation of the five kinds of ETICS. Finally, in accordance with the resultsof the studies to optimize the structural layer, we carry out a new reformed external thermalinsulation composite system, and make field experiment and weathering test to verify thereasonability and feasibility of measures to control temperature cracks. The above researchprovided supports and theoretical reference for optimizing ETICS design in the summer hot andwinter cold areas. |
