This paper selects the public bathroom in a school in Beijing as the research object,the design of a solar shower hot water supply-water source heat pump coupled heat utilization system,and developed a special control methods according to the requirements of the shower time.Application of shell and tube type heat exchanger was simulated with Fluent software,get the velocity contours and temperature contours and pressure contours,the results show that 15 degrees of water through the intermediary of shell type heat exchanger can be up to 20 degrees Celsius,the system pressure drop from 4000Pa to 15000pa between the shell and tube heat exchanger of the effective exchange the heat and pressure drop and the fluid flow rate is proportional to.Built by Trnsys solar-sewage source heat pump coupled heat utilization system,the top water replenishment system,control mode of each system is the combined control method based on time and temperature control,three-way valve switch between systems.Selection of different working conditions,and carries on the simulation analysis,results show that the temperature in the top summer heating water tank keep in the bathroom during the opening at 58?75 degrees C,heating in winter to keep the temperature in the top water tank in the bathroom during the opening at 54?58 degrees C,the system is stable and reliable,can meet the requirements of shower water temperature.Air source heat pump energy efficiency than the average remained at around 4,the sewage source heat pump and the energy efficiency ratio of the average remained at around 4.5,heating the reliability index of the whole system is up to 0.998,energy efficient systems can be implemented stronger.We got the public bathroom shower year-round water load is 10472452.49MJ,the sewage source heat pump throughout the year to provide heat for 8944762.81MJ years,solar energy to provide heat for 651014.86MJ,air source heat pump to provide heat for 926674.823MJ,namely sewage source heat supplied by solar energy to provide heat accounted for 84.83%,accounting for 6.32%,the auxiliary heat air source heat pump 8.85%.The solar energy heat utilization system of sewage source coupling energy,economy and environment analysis,the results show that the solar thermal utilization of sewage source heat pump coupling system minimum energy consumption,75.77 tons of standard coal,coal-fired boiler is 1/8 of the energy consumption of gas fired boiler and electric boiler 1/5;solar water source heat pump heat coupling the system annual cost of 849 thousand and 600 yuan,the annual cost of electric boiler 1/3 gas boiler,the annual cost of the 7/10 system;annual energy savings of 320.18 tons of standard coal,with respect to can reduce 870.3 tons of CO2 per year,6.96 tons SO2,2.78 tons of nitrogen oxide emissions,3.48 tons of dust.Solar-sewage source coupling heat utilization system can be widely used in Beijing area,it can reduce the outdoor PM2.5 and other pollutants in Beijing area.
