With the continuous development of urbanization and people's increasing requirements for thermal comfort,the energy consumption of buildings continues to increase.How to improve building energy efficiency has become a tough problem that the governments of the cities have to face up with.As office buildings amount a relatively large quantity in public buildings,the research on building energy conservation has more extensive research value.In the latest Statistics of the China Building Energy Efficiency Annual Development Research Report(2017),the energy consumption of buildings in Shandong province ranks first in all provinces.Therefore,the research on building energy conservation in Jinan,the capital city of Shandong Province,is more valuable to realize the decrease of Shandong's energy consumption of buildings and has a positive effect to the overall energy consumption of buildings in Shandong.As a relatively mature building energy-saving product,researches of building energy-saving problems with phase change material board applied in Jinan area have certain practical guidance.Based on the office building model,this paper analyzes the simplified one-dimensional phase-change wall heat transfer model,the three-dimensional heat transfer model of the floor and soil,and the energy-heat balance algorithm of indoor air.In the use of EnergyPlus software,TARP algorithm,DOE-2 algorithm are selected.To calculate the heat transfer between floor and soil,Slab pretreatment program is used.And the finite-difference heat transfer method used to calculate the phase change material in the progress of heat transfer.Based on the meteorological parameter conditions in Jinan and related parameters of DuPont Energain series phase change material board,the building model built in EnergyPlus was used to simulate the summer cooling load and the winter heat load.And a set of air conditioning system,which controls three separate multi-connected air conditioning system on three floors was designed in this research.After comparing the cooling and heating load and power consumption of the office building model with different temperature phase change material boards and the annual electricity cost,it was found that using the phase change material board can effectively increase the energy saving rate of the building.However,the further increase in the temperature of the phase change material has less effect on the building power consumption.Phase change material board installed only on the inside of the building's exterior wall,only installed in the building's interior walls and the external wall and internal wall with same quality are simulated.The results suggest that only the installation in the internal wall can continue to optimize the building energy-saving performance.As it is achieved by reducing the thickness of the phase change material board and increasing the area of the phase change material board,thereby the installation cost of the phase change material board increased.When using different thicknesses of phase change material plates installed on the inside of the external wall of a building,the total energy storage of the phase change material increases with the increase in thickness,leading to the decrease of the power consumption of the building throughout the year.The proportion does not increase significantly with increasing thickness.When the phase transition temperature of the phase change material is within the room temperature fluctuation range of the day,the phase transition absorb heat from the air to affect the indoor temperature,and the room temperature can be maintained in the phase change temperature range for a certain period of time.When the phase transition temperature is beyond the room temperature fluctuation range of the day,the phase change material will always be in a liquid and solid state,which can only affect the indoor temperature fluctuations slightly.Based on the "peak valley" electricity pricing policy and "peak" electricity pricing policy in Shandong Province,via adjusting the air-conditioning operation strategy,the use of lower electricity prices to operate air-conditioners for thermal storage and cold storage in the winter and summer nights to reduce daytime energy consumption was studied,whici leading to the decrease of annual electricity x consumption and electricity bills.In the end,it was selected to turn on the air conditioner only during the summer night for low-load work,and the temperature control point is 27? with minimum power consumption throughout the year.Considered the real prices of industrial and commercial electricity in Jinan,the use of new air-conditioning operation strategies and the phase change material boards are analyzed.The installation cost of phase change material plates in office buildings simulated under the meteorological parameters of Jinan can be saved by electricity consumption.The costs can be recovered in the second year.
