Design Of Crane Remote Monitoring System Based On Configuration Software And Wireless Network

Crane is a machinery widely applied in the national economy. But it has many varieties and types. The application is wide and the usage occasion is also complex and bad. There are all kinds of security risks. Combined with the crane design requirement and the actual situation, this paper is to design a crane remote monitoring system based on WinCC configuration software and GPRS wireless network technology.Firstly this paper introduces the general situation and the development of the crane remote monitoring system. According to the analysis of the crane mechanical structure and the characteristic and combined with the actual working condition of the shipbuilding gantry crane, it is proposed a way of field data communication based on OPC technology in this paper. It uses the Siemens S7-1200PLC as the field data acquisition and processing unit. WinCC communicates the data with S7-1200using OPC communication.The system structure and the design project are proposed according to the design requirement of the system with reference to relevant standards. It is a security operating system controlled by the computer independently and totally. It collects all kinds of the operation parameters of the crane through the data acquisition and processing unit. This system can achieve total computer graphical monitoring for the running status of the crane through the configuration software. It is able to realize remote real-time monitoring, data record and query, fault diagnosis and analysis, data trend curve analysis, operation maintenance data statistic, crane information management, etc. Using ActiveX controls of WinCC and SQL database to design and develop the data trend curve analysis function, and using C programming language to design the script of itself to realize the user login and management functions of the system.Analysis is based on the characteristics of the remote monitoring technology of GPRS wireless network. Monitoring system uses RS485module of S7-1200to connect wireless data transmission module. Using GPRS wireless network and data center server to establish data communication and achieve remote monitoring.
