The distribution box composed of air switch has been used for many years as the terminal equipment of power distribution.In the traditional distribution mode,the residential users have been as a simple consumer of electricity,and the distribution boxes used in the home only provide power distribution,protection,and simple control functions.With the development of smart grid and Internet technology,the residents' awareness of electricity consumption has changed.People for safe,reliable,efficient,economical and environmentally friendly electricity requirements are getting higher and higher,more and more attention to the details of their respective residential electricity.People want to be able to participate in the operation of the grid through the means of information technology,to interact with the power grid,and not just as a power consumer.The single function of the traditional distribution box has been unable to meet the needs of people.In addition,the appearance of the traditional distribution box is not harmonious with the indoor environment.In order to meet the people's aesthetic,mostly with hanging paintings,partitions and other physical occlusion.In order to solve the problems existing in the traditional distribution box and the shortage of traditional indoor electricity management,this paper designs the intelligent distribution box household electricity management system based on the intelligent power and Internet technology.And the general framework of the system is given in this paper.In this framework,research is carried out from three aspects of intelligent power distribution box,remote information service platform and remote monitoring terminal:Firstly,based on the traditional distribution box,the intelligent distribution box structure is designed,and the hardware design and software programming of each module are completed.The intelligent distribution box can collect the information of each circuit of the home in real time,and the touch screen device with Android system is mounted on the door.Distribution box through the USB interface communicate with bottom circuit board,can display the power information and control the circuit.Through wireless access to the Internet,to achieve data interaction with the remote information service platform.Secondly,this paper set up a remote information service platform composed of database and web service.Using Service SQL database to store data,designed the function module of the database and data table content.Based on the Java language,the web service of the remote information platform is developed,which can be called by the client application.Thirdly,the Internet terminal mainly has a computer and smart phone.In view of these two kinds of equipment,has developed two kinds of remote monitoring software including computer software and mobile phone APP.The function of remote viewing power information and control distribution box circuit can be realized,and the timing task can be arranged according to the habits of the living habits.Finally,this paper tests the functions of the system.The results show that the system can greatly enrich the function of distribution box.The system can realize collection and analysis of information household electricity,electricity branch local,remote and timing control,friendly man-machine interface.The system has broad market prospect and good application value.
