Live Working Risk Assessment Analysis And Countermeasure

With the rapid development of economy,the continuous improvement of living standards,the whole society power consumption is also rising fast.With the surge of electricity use,to the power quality and service level,each user has higher demand.The higher requirements indexes of continuous power supply reliability are put forward.Live working becomes the guarantee of the power supply,and is the important means for ruducing the number of power outages.Its development speed is also becoming more and more fast with the improving of the quality of power supply.AT the same time,technology is becoming more and more mature.Live working because of its nature of direct contact with the 10kv high voltage,determines that the operation accident will cause serious consequences to the workers.With the increasing of the project number and the increasing number of workers,analysis of risk system and security,is very necessary.This paper conducted a lot of research work,establishs the list of live working risk evaluation,make the live working risk more clearer,methodical,systematical.This paper mainly represents the following content:First,this paper introduces the domestic and international of live working,as well as the live working safety management development course and the present situation.Those provide the research environment background of risk assessment analysis and countermeasure;Second of all,identifys the live working risk factors,using the method of accident tree analysis,and carries on the reason analysis;Third,through methods such as questionnaire survey,consulting technical experts,using LECD analytical method and accident tree process identification and risk evaluation,in order to analysis the extent of injury,frequency of the exposed to dangerous environment,possibility of accident of the live working,and provides the data support for the risk level table;Fourth,using the qualitative and quantitative risk assessment of LECD method to evaluate the risk classification of live working,and sets up a live working risk level table,forming an intuitive,clear and systematic risk level table of live working.Fifth,based on the concluded live working risk level,puts forward the "four risks " card safety management measures and technical measures,in order to provide support for safety management,safety education and training work.
