With the acceleration of the world economic integration and the deepening pace of china being a member country of WTO,the China auto industry has experienced come from nothing,from weak to strong,and has made great progress,and the China automobile industry has entered into maturity from infancy to adolescence and to puberty,the pattern of domestic automobile industry has undergone tremendous changes,in the past more than 10 years: from the initial foreign-funded enterprises to the multi-party competitive pattern of foreign investment,joint ventures,state-owned and private enterprises,and the competition in the industry has also come to a white-hot stage.In order to win the market and customers,manufacturers have carried out management promotion in succession,and boldly introduced the world advanced management system in the world to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness.Chinese domestic enterprises have undergone a shift from low-end manufacturing to automation,large-scale,and pipelined operations,through industrial upgrading,most of them have entered the industrial 2.0-3.0 level.While most auto industries in European and American developed counties and in Japan have begun to enter the 4.0stage of industry,so how to realize corner overtaking through upgrading industry in a short time and making up the short board of China manufacturing industry quickly has become the major subject faced by Chinese enterprises.In order to solve this major subject,we must find a management model suitable for China's national conditions and meet the majority of small and medium-sized auto enterprises to accelerate the overall upgrading of the automobile manufacturing level,while amongthe current management models the most outstanding and also the most difficult one is the Lean Production(LP)invented by Japanese Toyota Corporation."Lean Production",to be brief,is a management method with the core of eliminating waste and all members involved in continuous improvement as its key,and it is a people-oriented management philosophy.Lean Production was born in Japan,developed in Europe and America,and carried forward in Asia,is a globally recognized efficient management model.Lean Production is implemented and promoted from bottom to top in Japanese Toyota Corporation,which has very high requirements for frontline managers and operators,corporate culture in Japan is quite different from that of China,Europe and America,therefore,the way of implementing the lean mode should also be different according to local conditions.The purpose of this paper is to take the lean process carried out by CFAA as an example to discuss how to import Lean Production for China automobile parts enterprises,and then provide reference for other domestic enterprises to implement lean management.The paper based on the CFAA as the object of study,through the analysis of its production management in 2007 to find the key factors that restrict its efficiency,such as low quality personnel,poor team cohesiveness,low efficiency of production facility,confusion in the layout of production line and low level of material management.By combining the lean theory,applying on-site 5S management,personnel training,total productive maintenance(TPM)and line balance method,one piece flow and material FIFO to carry out full-scale promotion and transformation of the whole process of production.Based on the comparative description for before and after implementation of lean management,this paper expounds the promotion effect of lean production on CFAA's operation and management,and further summarizes the lean management introduction and implementation methods for similar enterprises.The first chapter of this paper is the introduction,which is divided into four modules.The first module is the writing background and significance of this paper,which describes the great challenges and difficulties faced by the domestic auto industry along with the rapid development of the automotive industry,since the globalization of China economy.Next,introduces the basic situation of CFAA and its management dilemma,and then,describes the landing process of lean production in CFAA,finally,it describes the comparison of company operation efficiency before and after implementing lean management.The second module is about the research and application at home and abroad.Through the overview of all kinds of literature on lean production at home and abroad in the past ten years,to clarify the latest theoretical research results and their promoting roles at home and abroad.The third module is about the thinking framework and text structure,which is easy for readers to understand the content structure and writing ideas of this paper.The fourth module introduces research contents,methods and innovations.The second chapter of the paper is the theoretical basis of the research,and summarizes the main theories of lean production from five aspects: origin,principle,characteristics,connotation and tools.The third chapter is the analysis of the development status and problems of CFAA.In this chapter,the author set up the background of lean production for the next chapter through the analysis of the operation situation before the introduction of the lean production and the description of the main problems.The fourth chapter is the establishment and implementation of lean production system,this chapter is the core of the whole paper.In view of the problems for low equipment efficiency,low quality staff,quality problems occur frequently,irrational distribution of production logistics,and confusion of logistics management of CFAA in operation management mentioned in the previous chapter,to describe the process of establishing and implementing lean production in detail,firstly,carries out the applicability analysis,secondly,describes the formation process of the production system,and then,introduces the leadership group and objectives established by leansystem again,finally,describes the implementation process of the whole system.Finally,the paper has drawn the conclusion that CFAA has improved quality,saved cost and enhanced operation efficiency by implementing lean production.CFAA as a typical automobile parts joint venture,its lean landing process provides a sample and reference for other enterprises to implement lean production.
