Electric energy meter is one of the national managed important measurement instruments.The license management system is applied to the use of electric energy meter.One of the premises that manufacturing enterprises try to obtain the license is to pass the type evaluation test.In the process of electric energy meter type evaluation test,due to the large mount of work,the large quantity of projects,the involvement of several specialized laboratory,and the differences between automation capabilities of experiment projects,so there are some defects in the managements of process control and data administration.The processes of different type evaluation test are relatively independent to each other,and there is no system platform unified management.Also,the experimental data and reports are not stored in the database,so it is inconvenient when executing statistics,analysis,summary and other operations.This topic aims to set up a type evaluation automatic test and manage System for resolving these problems.The automatic test system for electric energy type evaluation is a integrated system which combines the hardware and software.It consists of two layers of architecture.The upper layer is the information management platform,which has the responsibilities of detecting progress control,assigning operators' authority,integrating experimental data,managing detection report and so on.The lower layer is the automatic detecting platform,which makes up of several subsystems,includes the automatic detecting system for a series of experimental research on temperature and so on.The lower layer is responsible for the specific type evaluation test project,and deliver the result data to the upper layer platform.This thesis introduces the automatic detecting system for a series of experimental research on temperature.A new type of the temperature test machine and the detecting equipment for electric energy meter are disposed for this detecting system.Combined the hardware interface program which is provided by the device manufacturer,thus a coordinated platform is built.According to the outline of the test process,the system can define various parameters such as temperature points,the reserve time of ambient temperature,load points of the test and so on,it also automatically records the tolerance value under different circumstances,real-time circulates the temperature coefficients and shows the experimental results,finally aromatically generates reports and original record of documents of XML.The software is wrote by the use of C# language,and the Access is used as background database,the multi-threaded programming technology is applied,also the Ribbon interface is applied for the aim of easy operation.Finally,based on analyzing the study of the detecting process on electric energy meter type evaluation and the functional requirements of this system,this thesis designs and achieves the automatic system of the electric energy meter type evaluation(the upper layer platform).This thesis mainly introduces the information management module,automatic detection management module,statistics and analysis,and report management module on electric energy meter.The system uses B/S three-tier architecture,and ASP.NET is used as the system framework.The development language is C# language,and the database uses SQL Server 2008.Relies on the database server,the system forms a distributed platform with functions of detection process control,the management of test data,the control of operators' authority,the management of original record and test report,data query and statistics and so on.After the system test,the system basically meets all the functional needs of users,perfectly standardizes the type evaluation experiment process,so that the testing and management of the laboratory achieves a new level.
