At present,the global society is facing a serious energy crisis and environmental pollution problems,forcing people to develop new energy saving technologies,while strengthening the transformation of existing energy consumption systems.The implementation of combined heat and power is an important means for the society to achieve energy conservation,environmental improvement and the improvement of people’s living standards.Through the research and analysis of the relevant theory of the feasibility study of the energy saving transformation project of cogeneration,it provides the theoretical support for the feasibility study of this project.On this basis,the feasibility study and analysis of the industrial heating transformation project are carried out in this paper mainly from the necessity of the project,the technical scheme of the project transformation,and the feasibility of the project(including technology,economy,ecological environment,finance,etc.).The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The development of the project not only meets the requirements of the national energy conservation and emission reduction policy,but also supports the local industrial and economic development,creates greater economic value for the power plant and the hot users,and also effectively improves the ecological environment by reducing the emission of ecological pollutants.(2)This project uses the heating technology scheme of reducing the temperature and pressure reducer to meet the technical requirements of this project.After the project is completed,the coal consumption of the unit is reduced by about 1.86g/kWh under the working condition of 50% THA,and the annual coal saving is 5198 t,and the energy saving income can be obtained by 19 million 450 thousand yuan in2018.(3)After the completion of the project,the emissions can be reduced every year:13 thousand and 700 tons of carbon dioxide,35.5 tons of nitrogen oxides,106.21 tons of sulfur dioxide and 363.22 tons of dust,and the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction is remarkable.In addition,by reducing the emission of ecological pollutants,the ecological environment is improved to some extent from the following aspects: one is to slow down the climate warming,the two is to reduce the corrosion of the acidic substances in the environment to the important buildings such as the cultural heritage building,and the three is to reduce the physical and mental health of the acidic substances in the environment for human and natural animals and plants’ health hazards.(4)the amount of dynamic investment in this project is 6 million 100 thousand yuan,the capital amount of the flow foundation is 1 million 750 thousand yuan,the total investment of the project is 7 million 850 thousand yuan;the internal return rate of the project investment is 60.48%,the recovery period of the project investment is2.66 years,the internal rate of return is higher than the basic rate of return 10%,and the value of the internal rate of return of capital is 139.66%.As a result,the financial situation of the project is good.(5)the paper selects the necessity of project construction,project technical scheme,project financial evaluation(including project technical and economic benefits and project investment evaluation),ecological environment impact and other indicators to evaluate the results of the comprehensive evaluation of the project is a good level.This shows that the project is still feasible after comprehensive evaluation. |
