China's auto industry developed rapidly,China's passenger vehicle sales reached24.2 million in 2017,increase 2.36%,and the future micro growth will become the new normal.At present,the car park has exceeded 200 million marketing,and the after sales market has also developed rapidly.It has reached the scale of trillions,and after sales service will become more and more important.Spare parts supply chain management is the most important part of after sales service.It is not only provided customers the parts timely,but also a profit growth point of the company.It is particularly important to create a high-efficiency and low-cost supply chain system.At the beginning of its establishment,the main function of the spare parts department was to provide spare parts which the customers need.After development,it has grown into an important department of FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co.,Ltd.Currently,Volkswagen brand management approaches 50,000 spare parts,cooperating with 700 suppliers and 11 A logistics transfer warehouse that satisfies more than 800 dealers' ordering requirements and spare parts business operation guidance and guarantees maintenance and repair needs of nearly ten million customers.Such a large network places very high requirements on the entire spare parts supply chain management system.This article has a particularly important theoretical and practical significance through in-depth study of the supply chain management of the spare parts business of FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co.,Ltd.,and the formation of a scalable process system.This article analyzes several core links in the supply chain,such as planning and procurement,warehousing logistics,and sales of FAW-Volkswagen Spare Parts Supply Chain,and concludes that there are outstanding problems in its development.Analyze the new parts strategy of planning,transport efficiency issues of logistics,sales channels and other issues.Through a large number of relevant literature andwritings on automotive spare parts and supply chain management,the relevant theoretical knowledge of the supply chain is learned.Using qualitative and quantitative research and analysis methods,first analyze the predictions of new parts,and conclude that there are problems with the current new parts build-storage strategy,and the simple and crude build-up storage method of full-species construction stocks needs to be optimized.Differentiated construction plans are achieved through optimized forecasts.Second,it analyzes the efficiency of spare parts storage logistics,and finds that there is room for optimization of logistics transportation costs.At present,there is room for adjustments to the locations of imported seaborne spare parts,and the inland transportation routes are determined by port customs clearance locations.Inland relocation and transportation can greatly reduce logistics transportation routes and save transportation costs based on the adjustments to the ports.The final clearance analysis of relevant data on sales found that the market share was low and the market space was compressed.The phenomenon of serious outsourcing by distributors and high customer turnover rate require targeted measures.Internally,through the product mix,dealers' purchasing power is enhanced,and external sales channels are tracked through major customer channels to increase market share.Analyze relevant business,provide sufficient theoretical data support for the proposed solution;benchmark with other OEMs' spare parts business,understand the current development status and future trends of the industry,combine theory and practice,summarize experience and target The development of links to optimize the program,the development of the program implementation path and method.To ensure the smooth implementation of the above-mentioned optimization plan,it is necessary to obtain the support of the upper-level leaders,actively cooperate with cross-departmental employees,improve the quality and ability of employees,create a collaborative,efficient and stable IT system,and improve the basic hardware facilities.Create a high-efficiency,cost-reducing,industry-leading supply chain management system.
