At present,there are many rocks using traditional control,the local control,which is operated only by opening or rocking in the control room.This single control is limited in the scene,and rely on person so much when message needs to be sent or printed,that is lack of flexibility.Along with the development of the waterborne industry,the rocks is more widely used,then the rocks control system is required to be more safe and reliable.In our country,many rocks control systems built years ago are in poor performance,needing to be replaced.BieXiNanGang ship rock is used in this paper as the background to study the more safe and reliable control system with web control technique,which has great economic and social benefits.This paper concentrates on developing a new control system to apply to BieXiNanGang ship rock with the web control technique.The system uses S7-300PLC(SIEMENS)as the control unit,which connects the substation by Profibus,and makes use of the data exchange to run the system.In this system,the upper computer connects to the switch,monitoring the ship rock with human-computer interfaces,and the remote computers uses configuration software also the video software to achieve the remote monitoring.The purpose of the monitoring is to collect data for human-computer interaction.The main work of this paper is to combine the web and computer control technology to the rocks system for achieving the automatic and integrated control between local and remote.It has detailed analysis of the control processes and the requirement,also,it has a detailed description of upper computer software(Wincc),functions of the PLC,and the realization of touch panel on lower computer.Meanwhile,there are some new ideas in the research of the system as follow:First,heavy and light failures are used to estimate that if the system should keep on running.Second,it doesn't use only one water level sensor but a couple of to avoid the system breaking down.Third,electro hydraulic proportional reversing valve is took advantage to control the speed of gate on-off.Fourth,archiving the history data is important function in the long distance control system to reach the record of operation,running,failure and the performance curve.
