The construction of inland waterway transportation main line and economic development depend on each other and they are mutually encouraged.Inland river shipping has greatly promoted the formation of river industrial zone along the river basin,making it the most active area of China’s economic development;it has also promoted the construction of small towns,narrowing the differences between urban and rural areas.With the deepening of inland river drainage work,the inland river transportation has been paid more and more attention by various places.At present,most inland navigation locks operate in backward ways.The related technologies such as computer management systems adopted by some ship lock have also failed to keep pace with the development of computer and network technologies.They are simple in function and complex in structure,unable to realize data sharing,remote transmission and other functions,which also leads to further excavation and improvement of comprehensive capacity of shipping infrastructure to varying degrees.Based on the above application requirements,this paper focuses on the actual production problems of navigation-power junction enterprises,and gives full play to the important role of ship locks as navigation guarantee of inland navigation hubs,and builds a unified application platform of information collection,statistics and analysis.Specific research contents are as follows:Firstly,the general situation of Dadingzi mountain ship lock project and related meteorological and hydrological data of Songhua river are fully investigated.The control system scheme is also studied,and can meet the requirements of expandability,energy conservation and so on.In order to meet the control requirements,the model of ship lock hoist is established,and the output is detected through simulation research,thus forming feedback closed-loop control,eliminating or inhibiting the influence of error,and obtaining high-precision control.Through fully understand the load characteristics driven by the frequency converter,and obtain the optimized control algorithm and strategy according to the operation requirements of stepless speed change of “slow start,fast run and slow stop" in the gate operation process.Based on the above research results,the structure of lock control system is put forward,the development of lock control system is completed,and frequency conversion control of " miter lock" opening and closing process is realized.The research content of this paper will closely combine the scientific research achievements with actual projects,effectively improve the level of lock control technology,and promotion function for the construction of other lock control systems.By simplifying the gate crossing procedures,established a lock operation mode with integrated management and control,which can improve the lock operation efficiency and make better contributions to the local economic development.
