Design Of Cleaning Vehicle Based On The Characteristics Of Urban Road Sanitation Workers

The birth and development of sanitation and cleaning car,one of the most important inventions and creation of human society,especially the urban population concentration,the amount of garbage produced in the whole day is very big,but the land of the city is limited,the disposal of garbage has become a difficult problem.Sanitation trucks can reduce the work intensity of sanitation workers,and deal with urban garbage problems,so as to reduce the pressure of urban public health.As a city cleaning product,sanitation cleaning car has special particularity.Its design and development are mostly technological innovation.Therefore,most of them are designed and produced by mechanical engineers.Few industrial designers really participate in it.Because of this strict nature,it decides the sanitation and cleaning car.There are no colorful shapes.It is a strict and design technology development,design and manufacture of mechanical engineers,GE's natural and colorful style.At the same time,the mechanical engineers rarely design the product from the human center.Although such a design can meet the functional requirements of the product to a great extent,it ignores the operator's needs and the communication and aesthetic needs of the pedestrian vehicles.First of all,this subject has studied and analyzed the operation mode of the sanitation cleaning car and the influence of the surrounding environment,and then established a "sanitation worker-sanitation cleaning car-pedestrian vehicle-road environment system" to study the comprehensive analysis of the influence of the interaction between the elements,and the vehicle is based on these factors.The overall performance is analyzed,and the solution of the problem has been put forward through the analysis results.Secondly,the general design process is analyzed,and the design flow that is suitable for the research is put forward to draw the schematic diagram of the design flow chart.The similarities and differences between the two design processes are analyzed to highlight the advantages of the new design process.Finally,through these analysis,from the shape,material,structure,symbol and other aspects of the sanitation cleaning car,and other aspects of the detailed analysis,and themutual restriction of each element,and put forward specific requirements for the design of the sanitation vehicle.
