The Design Of Intelligent Driving Test System For Large Vehicle(Subject 2)

With the continuous development of China’s economic and social,The number of motor vehicles is growing rapidly.For this reason,the number of people who joined the driving skills training and driving test are rising every year in China,too.This situation brings great pressure to public security traffic safety management,and also puts higher requirement to the motor vehicle driving test management and service work in the new period.The traditional judgment of driving test combined artificial and computer,but it relies too much on artificial judgment,not only need large number of police,and also course the low test efficiency,and easy to breed corruption in driving test management.Therefore,the current urgently needs is a kind of highly automated and less manual intervention intelligent driving test system,it can efficiently meet the requirements of the increasing driving test quantity demand,and can ensure the fair and justice in driving test,make sure all the drivers who pass the driving test are professional and qualified.Aiming at the current problems and difficulties encountered in the driving test management,this paper analyses the characteristics of driving test management both in China and abroad and the development of the intelligent driving test system in China.It take the most representative test in the driving test management,the large vehicle driving test 2(subject 2)as the research object.According to the practical work of domestic driving test management,the Decree No.123,Decree No.139 of the Ministry of Public Security,"Layout specifications for driving test fields and facilities"(GA 1029 —2012),"specifications for driving test management" for the driving test management and take the use of the RTK-GPS technology and wireless network communication technology,On the basis of the existing domestic automation motor vehicle field driving test system,the large vehicle driving test(subject 2)system has been designed.The driving test system for large vehicle driving test(subject 2)mainly include 4 parts:the test monitoring center system,wireless network system,intelligent testing vehicle,site test project and other components,the related technology and equipment come from the scientific research in recent years which were effected in practical application.Through the high-precision GPS positioning technology,the system improves the accuracy and reliability of the test system.Through the more rigorous identity verification,certification process and the related equipment,the reasonable setting of on-site monitoring equipment and the system software,the system achieved the strict management and monitoring of the test process,put an end to the cheating activities in the examination.After completion of the system construction,the system has been tested strictly,the tests including single vehicle operating test and multi-vehicle continuous operating test,the system performance is good,the daily average test ability can be up to 200 vehicles,the system of false judgment rate is below 3 ‰.By the construction and practical application of the system,it solves the problem of insufficient police strength and the low efficiency in driving test management,it also rise the management level of the driving test management,reduce the pressure of police work,prevent the corruption of driving test management.
