The Study On The Compilation Of Small Town Master Planning Under The Perspective Of Multiple Plans Integration

In recent years,China’s cities and towns have developed rapidly.In order to strengthen macroscopic regulation and control,many species and a huge number of planning have been compiled.China’s planning system are complicated and intertwined.Different government functional departments compete for the same space resources,and they are independent of each other.The lack of information sharing has caused the emergence of "Multiple Plans contradictions".The "Multiple Plans Integration" proposal provides a new way of thinking for solving the "Multiple Plans contradiction".Through the exploration in recent years,China has initially formed a set of "Multiple Plans Integration"practice mode.On the basis of "Multiple Plans Integration",this article explore the model suitable for the small towns master planning,and provide new strategies and new ideas for the compilation of "Multiple Plans contradiction" planning for small towns.With the continuous advancement of urbanization,China has entered the stage of rapid urbanization,and now she is in the transitional stage of agricultural countries to new urbanized countries.Small town planning has also become the focus of study in recent years.The development and rise of large and medium-sized cities has driven the rapid development of small towns around the area,and formed a regional urbanization pattern relied on the development of large and medium-sized cities.This paper deeply analyzes and studies the practice and research progress of "Multiple Plans Integration",draws on their theories,research methods and experience,and understands the shortcomings and defects in their research.Then analyze the relevant regulations and research contents of "Multiple Plans Integration",and find out the differences and correlations between the small town master planning and other plans in"Multiple Plans Integration".Transforming macro theory into practical operation through summarizing and analyzing experience.In this plan,we will find out the current situation by collecting and sorting out the current situation data.Compare with the population data and the scale of land use given by the upper-level plan,and combine the advantages and disadvantages of the town of Xizihu and the future development,predict the population size,determine the scale of land use,and analyze the main problems.The main problems in the town of Xizihu were analyzed,including the conflict between the population at the end of the planning period and the given population of the upper-level planning,the problems brought about by the changes in the old and new towns,the contradiction between the scale of construction land and the spatial layout.And carry out an in-depth analysis of these issues.In the preparation of the overall planning,the idea of Multiple Plans Integration is determined,and the solutions and directions for the problems existing in the town of Xizihu are given in the idea of Multiple Plans Integration.In the town area,the overall positioning,development goals and spatial structure are defined,and the layout and scale of various important infrastructures are determined.At the same time,through comparison with the superior planning,combined with other major plans,the space control elements are explored and various types are identified.The scale and layout of the land use,the size and layout of the land use in the township area.In the final interface and management section,the land names,boundaries and scales of each plan are unified and connected to support Multiple Plans Integration standard.
