Shield machine is a kind of large mechanical equipment specially used for excavating tunnels in engineering construction.Because the construction site of shield machine is usually located in the mountain or underground,the construction environment is bad,which brings great difficulties to the maintain and troubleshooting of the equipment,there is an urgent need to control the situation in the construction process of shield machine,so it is necessary to combine the remote monitoring technology with the shield machine.In this paper,the earth pressure balance shield machine with diameter 6.28 m was used as the research object.Based on the characteristics of the operating conditions of the equipment,a remote monitoring system based on the Web is developed.The specific research contents are as follows:1?For earth pressure balance shield machine working principle are introduced,the analysis of the shield machine's main body structure and the working characteristics of each child widgets: around the actual project requirements in terms of the overall structure of the monitoring system and the design of function module,we choose the communication mode that combining Ethernet and Web,establish the mode of B/S,and the overall design scheme of remote monitoring system is defined.2?Design and implementation of state data acquisition and remote transmission of shield machine:Due to the remote location of shield machine and the multi-point distribution of equipment,the state data of the shield machine needs to be transmitted remotely.The detailed design of database and data table,reasonable table structure is the premise to ensure the stable and efficient operation of the system.Using OPC technology to develop data acquisition and management client,in order to achieve data upload and remote transmission.OPC technology provides a mechanism that enables good interoperability and compatibility between applications and field systems.3?Design of monitoring Web page for remote monitoring system:ASP.NET technology is used to monitor the Web development of web pages.On the basis of remote data transmission,the data is displayed in the monitoring web page.Web interface uses the B/S system mode,the characteristics of it is that you can access the monitoring web pages by loading browser online,realizing remote monitoring.4?Fault analysis and forecasting of shield machine parts: Shield machine is a large and complex mechanical equipment,highly integrated,the workload is too large to analyze each child widgets.Taking the cutterhead of shield machine as an example,the fault prediction analysis is carried out.The discretization and reduction of decision table based on dynamic hierarchical clustering algorithm and attribute reduction algorithm based on discernibility function are adopted in rough set theory,comparing the speed of training before attribute reduction and after attribute reduction;The BP neural network is trained and analyzed by different training functions,and the influence of different algorithms on the training process is discussed;Compared the rough set-BP neural network and the traditional BP neural network method,and analyzed the fault prediction effect of the two sets.
