EPB Shield Machine Remote Monitoring And Fault Diagnosis Methods Research

Shield machine is specially used in underground or in the mountains for the subway,the train tunnel of large vehicles such as mining equipment.As a result of the shield machine running conditions,maintenance is difficult,and in case of downtime will impact on project progress and project cost greatly,so the shield construction machine operation monitoring and fault diagnosis is very important.Based on 6.28 m diameter earth pressure balance shield machine as the research object,specific to excavate the soil for the soft soil or clay soil pressure balance shield machine working condition are studied,the main research contents are as follows:(1)This article first to the 6.28m of earth pressure balance shield machine structure,working process analysis,as a case study of propulsion system for shield construction machine operation data can be collected in the introduction,finally will shield machine fault and comprehensive analysis can be linked to collect data.(2)Implementation of shield machine run data remote transmission.Because of the shield machine construction sites scattered remote,so run data remote transmission is necessary.This paper USES a data collection structure of SCADA,using OPC communication technology development of OPC client to realize the data remote transmission.OPC communications system has good versatility can reduce the development difficulty and development time.(3)The design of monitoring software.This paper uses ASP.NET technology to develop a WEB interface to implement the monitoring function.On the basis of data remote transmission,according to the data collected in monitoring software,so that monitoring personnel monitoring.Of the characteristics of WEB interface is to use a is B/S(Browser/Server)architecture,the advantage of this architecture is that they can in the case of not to install a package on the browser into the system.So you can make login location more flexible,and can reduce the software update.(4)The method of fault diagnosis of shield machine parts.Shield machine is a complicated and highly integrated system,fault analysis to every part of the workload is too heavy.Jack abnormal pressure in this paper,in order to promote system fault,for example,after using PSO algorithm to optimize the BP neural network algorithm for fault analysis,the vector of BP neural network learning algorithm,and momentum item on the learning efficiency and effect of the BP neural network is analyzed,the influence of the PSO algorithm to analyze the effects of the BP neural network.
