In order to solve the needs of the company in this regard, this article according to the requirements of the company, the design of the overall shield machine monitoring and management system.Through each part of the whole system and demand analysis of design of shield machine,the design of hierarchical architecture, the design of data acquisition system and database,and web design module, complete the development of system required functions. According to the dataprocessing flow of the system,the system is divided into four layers: data collection, data monitoring, data storage and data management. The data acquisition system is divided into two modes: automatic and manual.The data collected by PLC and the data of manual input system have been saved in Excel format. According to the different classification of objects of data s ervice, the database is based on the database, the database and the core database.
