Research On Condition Monitoring Technology Of Shield Machine Based On Oil Analysis

Shield machine is the main equipment for the construction of Metro and tunnel construction, and its configuration equipment is numerous, and the price is high. Any problem in the construction process of the shield machine may lead to the whole equipment stop and even paralysis. Oil analysis is the blood examination of shield machine, it can real-time monitor the equipment operating status and predict the faut,and promptly find the fault reason and position. As a result, it can avoid the economic losses and the delay of the work progress. So it is very important to monitor the shield machine using oil analysis technology.This topic is manly taking Shijiazhuang metro project as the background, which is Key projects of Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The research object is the two shield machine of 08 construction section of Metro Line 1 in Shijiazhuang by China Railway ten Bureau Group. We periodically to do sampling analysis on the main quipment of the shield machine, such as the main bearing、 main gearbox and main hydraulic system. Combining with the major oil analysis technology, such as the physicochemical indicator, ferrograph and spectrum analysis, we analyse the oil sample and gain the characteristic parameter values of analytical techniques. Based on the LabVIEW Software, we develop the oil analysis system of shield machine,which mainly includes the database management module, oil trend analysis module,three line value analysis module, physicochemical analysis module. When the collecting sample data is entered into the database, all datas can do trend analysis,Three line value analysis and so on with the help of the oil analysis system. The oil analysis system can also query and manage the figures. After a long period of experimental analysis, the results show that the system is accurate, stable performance, and can predict the occurrence of faults.The oil analysis software system is used in Shijiazhuang Metro Line 1 project 08 tenders by China Railway ten Bureau. During the whole process of shield machine construction, a lot of experimental datas are processed by the oil analysis software,and the shield machine is monitored in real time. Finally, a lot of valuable oil analysis cases are summarized, which provide a basis for further research on the fault diagnosis of the shield machine.
