Research On Smart City Sustainable Development In Liaoning Province

In recent years,with the accelerating development of urbanization in China,"urban diseases" increasingseriously,a series of cities need to transform the city developmentmode.The smart city becomes a new thinking,a new city development mode of a wave at home and abroad in the city construction.Up to now,more than 80%of the secondary cities in our country have explicitly put forward the development goal of building a smart city.Smart citypilot in China have reached 290,of which Liaoning Province,10 regions were classified as smart city pilot,"Research on smart city Sustainable development in Liaoning province" is a research topic designated by Liaoning social science planning fund,is to put forward countermeasures,to lay a solid foundation for the follow-up development of smart cities in Liaoning Province.Firstly,research on the current situation of smart city development in Liaoning Province,studies the smart city evaluation index system,and collects the data about the evaluation index of smart city in 31 provinces in the past decade.Secondly,constructing of the evaluation model,combined with the SPSS and Amos software,through the EFA,select the principal component analysis to extract factors,the index screening and dimension reduction,put forward hypotheses;through the CFA,measurement model of constitutive equation for the upper stage hypothesis verified,then determined the evaluation index system.Thirdly,starting from the score coefficient matrix of the EFA of the final model,taking the variance contribution rate of each common factor as the weight,a comprehensive evaluation model is constructed,calculate the score of comprehensive evaluation,score the comprehensive evaluation of the level of sustainable development of the smart city in 31 provincial administrative regions,carry out cluster analysis by using SPSS software,and conduct regional clustering to determine the level of development status of Liaoning Province.Finally,comparing the Liaoning provinces with high levels Province,to find out the reasons for the gap,identify the key factors affecting the sustainable development of smart city in Liaoning Province,and put forward countermeasures.Through this research,we construct a smart city evaluation system suitable for provincial administrative regions,build comprehensive evaluation model,find out the factors that affect the sustainable development of smart cities in Liaoning Province,make suggestions for the sustainable development of smart cities in Liaoning Province,Provide a reference for the sustainable development research of smart city in the provincial level.
