| At present,China’s energy demand increases in its important stage of economic development,the energy consumption of unit building area is 2-3 times that of developed countries.Rural housing is an important part of China’s building energy-saving,so the corresponding problem directly affects the development trend of building energy-saving.For the study of residential energy conservation technology of the village,the first problem is to master the rural residential energy consumption situation,understand the characteristics of residential,research and analysis for the rural area construction,to improve the current large-heat-loss situation of the broad rural area that has great number of people with poor living condition through the energy saving measure,which has important scientific and practical significance.This study,focusing on the demonstrations of energy-saving in Pijia village,Liuerpu town,Liaozhong District of Shenyang,analyzes the effects on build’s energy-saving efficiency by improving wall insulation.The researching methodology is comprehensively testing the energy-saving effects of a non-energy-saving building of the same location,facing and type as an energy-saving building to tell how the demonstrations make a energy-saving case,from the perspective of thermal engineering and energy consumption.And the article also provides basis and measures of the design and reconstruction of re energy-saving in rural areas,through the assessments of indoor environment and the technology integration.This paper also uses TRNSYS software to simulate the effect of the operation of the solar energy hot water system.Reaching a conclusion that with the setting of heat collector and auxiliary heating system,the temperature can remain at 60 degree centigrade.The solar energy system can annually provide heating of 2.85×106kJ and auxiliary heating of 7.46×106kJ.The assurance rate of this solar energy system can reach to 27.6%.Economic and energy-saving analysis of this system indicate that the demonstration project can save electric energy of 47500 kW h and fee of 23750 RMB yearly.The study can make foundations to the application of energy-saving residential buildings in northern rural areas. |
