The Research On The Impact Of Safety Atmosphere On The Near-miss In Subway Construction

The management of the Near-miss is a new advanced safety management.With the rapid development of urban metro industry in China,the security situation is more serious,and various types of metro safety accidents occur frequently.The research shows that there are abundant Near-miss before every heavy subway safety accident,so paying attention to the prevention and control of the Near-miss in subway construction is necessary.Personal unsafe actions and management faults playing a leading role in the process of the Near-miss,so it's the most direct way for reducing the probability of Near-miss in subway construction to regulate the subway staffs' safety behavior.The good safety atmosphere can effectively reduce the unsafe behavior of subway staff,make up for the lack of traditional management and the system design in enterprise,improve the staffs'safety behavior and risk awareness,and be beneficial to the prevention and control of the Near-miss in subway construction.The article takes examples about the accident modelling approaches and behavioral science theory from the view of people and organization management.Discussing the relation between different safety atmosphere and the Near-miss in subway construction,and it's beneficial to the prevention mechanism of the Near-miss in subway construction.And it can improve the management level of subway construction enterprise or organization.Firstly,the summarization of the relevant articles about safety atmosphere and the near-miss clearly introduces the purpose of this article,combine with the field research of subway construction and industrial characteristics,measure the safety atmosphere of the subway construction organization from seven aspects,which include safety inspection,management commitment,security exchange,safety training,job stress,staff turnover and safety motivation.Beside the staffs' job stress,demonstrate the rationality of the remaining six factors with the confirmatory factor analysis method.Then,the results of the relevant research at home and abroad put forward the hypothesis about the relationship between various safety atmosphere and the Near-miss,building the initial model of the influence of the Near-miss in subway construction with safety atmosphere.According to the relevant information,make the questionnaire about safety atmosphere impacting on the Near-miss in subway construction.Through the analysis of 217 valid questionnaires with SPSS19.0,the result shows that the questionnaires are very reliable and meet the standard of requirements.Finally,make the model identification,parametric estimation and the evaluation of model adaptation on SEM with Amos21.0,the result of analysis shows that safety inspection,management commitment,security exchange,safety training and safety motivation all have a negative influence on the Near-miss in subway construction.But the staff turnover has an positive influence on it.The standardized influence coefficient are-0.595,-0.349,-0.525,-0.550,-0.411 and 0.196.However,both safety behavior and safety awareness only play a medium role on it.According to the results of research,put forward the corresponding improvement measures.On this account,provide the reference to improve the mechanism of the Near-miss in subway construction and the level of safety management in subway construction.
