Abstract:In recent years, despite the management system of construction security is being perfected gradually, the number of security incidents and the number of casualties are being decreased in construction enterprises, but its severity still can not be ignored. If the effective factors of safety performance of construction enterprises can be found out and mastered, which would be important to improve the safety performance and improve safety production and accidents prevention of construction enterprises.But the current studies of impact mechanism for safety performance are a number of qualitative conclusions. Even a small part of quantifiable data is emerged unreasonable quantitative indicators, influenced by human factors shortcomings and the lack of systematic science, which has significant limitations in practice.Under the relevant literature, combined with the actual situation of construction enterprises,this paper points out the possible influence factors of safety performance (including human factors, object factor, management factors,environmental factors and technical and technological factors),and the impact factor model of safety performance of construction enterprises was constructed,this paper try hard to check and explain the model by empirical analysis and get some significant results. With the help of questionnaire design, questionnaire distribution and recycling, the study collectes the data of construction enterprises, based on the obtained sample data, the study uses reliability analysis methods, validity analysis methods and exploratory factor analysis methods of SPSS software test the validity of the questionnaire. The structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to make an empirical analysis of these factors.In more specific terms, AMOS18.0was used to fit and evaluate,correction and explanation the model.From what has been discussed above, the model of the effective factors of safety performance of construction enterprises was identified.Based on the research results, some conclusions could be drawn as follows:from the point of influence, human factors, object factor, management factors, environmental factors and technical and technological factors have significant positive impact on the safety performance. From the point of influence degree, according to influence degree, influence factors could be arranged as:human factors, object factor, management factors, technical and technological factors, environmental factors. And according to the determination of the influence factors of safety performance, puts forward the suggestions for the improvement of safety performance in construction enterprises.There are6Figures,21Tables, and82references papers in the article.
